Insoles for Pain Relief

Feet Without Pain is the largest custom insoles and footwear company in Brazil. Our insoles are custom-made to end all foot, ankle, and knee pain using innovative methods and state-of-the-art technology. Our personalized process begins with a thorough evaluation with one of our specialists to capture all details needed to make the perfect insole. After our one-on-one evaluation, the client is taken for the digital assessment using a baropodometer. This electronic device accurately captures surface and pressure or load expressions on every square centimeter when standing and walking. A 3D scanner is then used to capture all foot dimensions and the shape of the individual’s feet. Using all of this information, the insole design is created with added corrections for all disparities in the footstep needed to provide maximum comfort for our client.

Immediately after the evaluation is completed, the design goes to our 3D printers, where our insoles are made with TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) filaments, a highly resistant and flexible material, making our insoles long-lasting, relieving pain and offering comfort in all your daily activities.
